Minnesota Vikings at Arizona Cardinals – Vikings +5.0 @ 1.91 with Unibet (back down to +4)
I think it will be extremely difficult for the Cardinals to replicate the near flawless performance they produced against the Titans, and being honest, was that Dalvin Cook fumble really a fumble? Whilst the Vikings had some issues containing Joe Mixon, I don’t think they’ll have that issue with James Conner or Chase Edmonds, and you just know Patrick Peterson will be more than up for a return to his old stomping grounds. With the loss of the aforementioned Peterson, I think the Cardinals will be susceptible at the back end, enter Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen. The Vikings have won 5 of the last 6 head-to-head matchups. Arizona don’t have the greatest record at home, winning just 7 of their last 16, and only 4 of those by 4 points or more.
Tennessee Titans at Seattle Seahawks – Titans +5.5 @ 1.93 with Unibet (back down to +4)
There’s no beating around the bush, the Titans were shocking last weekend. Great things were expected from them, especially with the addition of Julio Jones, but they fell behind early and couldn’t establish Derrick Henry on the ground. That shouldn’t be too much of an issue against the Seahawks soft front 4 (and no Chandler Jones), which should in turn allow Ryan Tannehill to operate play-action and take some shots at his new weapon. Hopefully Mike Vrabel has lit a fire under the defence, and they can at least provide some form of pass rush against Russell Wilson. The game has all the makings of a shoot-out so I’m happy to take the points, especially with the Titans strong road record.
There was value in the Raiders during the early part of the week, which has now diminished. Also, value to had in Dolphins, Falcons, and Bears. However, the Dolphins record against the Bills, the Falcons struggling offence, and the Bears coaching concerns hold me back.
Totals
San Francisco 49ers at Philadelphia Eagles – Under 50 points @ 1.93 with Mansion Bet (back down to 49)
Las Vegas Raiders at Pittsburgh Steelers – Over 46.5 points @ 1.91 with Sky Bet (back down to 47.5)
Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens – Under 55.5 points @ 1.93 with Mansion Bet (back down to 55)
The numbers say to go with the unders in Falcons/Bucs match-up, but as I said above Atlanta are struggling.
All selections are advised at 1 point each, with a 100 point bankroll.
